Merriam Lake is a high alpine lake in the Lost River Range of central Idaho. Mt Idaho is in the distance, at an elevation of 12,065 ft. Merriam Lake is at around 9300 feet in elevation, with peaks around it extending upwards 2000 feet and more. It is accessible by hiking from the Upper Pahsimeroi Valley. ID=GN8-0196NsR.jpg.
